As a Business Development Executive, you will prospect new clients, cross-sell to existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. With a focus on increasing Medisca's brand presence, you will engage healthcare professionals through education and referrals. Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect new healthcare professionals and medical complexes
• Convert pharmacies to Medisca's services
• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage profit margins
• Educate clients on compounding and build partnerships
• Conduct cold calls and research new client opportunities
Requirements:
• Degree;
Sales or Science background preferred
• Minimum three years' sales experience
• Knowledge of compounding or pharmacy practice
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools preferred
