Marketing Position

Role:
The door-to-door position is an opportunity to learn, understand, and improve on the basics of sales and marketing. You will be in charge of providing each potential customer with a friendly experience, listening to their current situation, and providing a logical solution. The main objective is to find customers who are looking to get painting done and collect their information to set up a free estimate.

You will work with a Marketing Manager who will support and mentor you with the end goal of training you to become a marketing manager.

This position comes with a variety of benefits to help you grow, fit your schedule, and reward you for effort. We provide training and ongoing coaching to advance your skill set in marketing and sales. You will grow as a communications specialist. We offer flexible schedules, allowing you to work only at times you select. A minimum of 6 hours per week is required to retain the position.

We offer either exclusively commission or hourly + commission. Bonuses are given as you reach specific goals and milestones.

You will receive a full commission pay. You receive $80 per lead acquired. Most marketers get 1 lead every 2 hours; some get 2 leads per hour. The pay range is wide, but if you are good with people, you can expect to earn an average of $80 per hour.
