Position: Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Coordinator – Base + Commission (Automotive Luxury Shop )
Overview  Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Coordinator – Base + Commission (Automotive Luxury Shop). LAS Bespoke is a fast-growing luxury automotive detailing and ceramic coating company located in Surrey, BC. We specialize in high-end services such as Ceramic Coating, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and professional detailing for premium vehicles. This role manages the front desk, handles incoming leads, and helps close ceramic coating bookings.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys customer service, staying organized, and speaking with clients. Strong earning potential is available for confident communicators in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities   Customer Service  Greet clients during vehicle drop-off and pickup
Answer incoming calls and messages from clients
Provide updates to customers about their vehicles
Ensure a smooth and professional client experience

Sales & Lead Management  Answer incoming leads from marketing campaigns
Call and follow up with potential clients
Explain ceramic coating and detailing packages
Help close bookings and schedule appointments

Shop Coordination  Manage the shop phone and incoming inquiries
Coordinate with technicians regarding vehicle status
Keep the daily schedule organized
Communicate updates between the shop team and customers

Requirements   Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone and following up with clients
Organized and able to multitask
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Sales experience is a bonus but not required
Interest in cars or the automotive industry is a plus
Work Environment  You will be working directly at our shop location in Surrey, BC alongside our team. This role is important to keeping the shop organized, ensuring customers are taken care of, and helping convert leads into booked services.
Compensation & Benefits   Base Salary: $2,000 per month
Commission on ceramic coating sales

From $23.00 per hour
Location & Availability  Surrey, BC V3S 6C4 – in-person work at the shop location. Ability to commute/relocate required.
