Medical Imaging Account Manager - Based in British Columbia
In this role you will utilize your strong account management skills to drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities within the modality.
Your Role- Identify and document all key influencers within your accounts.
- Establish early and cross-modality penetration by building long-term relationships with key influencers.
- Leverage Philips business tools to understand customer business needs and design a solution to address the customer's specific need.
- Work with internal departments to discover and qualify customer opportunities.
- Translate the identified Philips solution for the opportunity into a value proposition and create a pricing strategy to support the proposition.
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in medical sales (Imaging medical equipment systems).
- Your skills include 2+ years of Account Management experience and exhibit perseverance, proactivity, a strong sense of initiative, entrepreneurial drive, and a team approach.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in sciences or a related field.
- You must be comfortable travelling and working independently.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field‑based role in British Columbia.
Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position is $67,900 to $106,700 plus a company/fleet car. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes generous PTO, a DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), a stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
