Position: B2B Outside Sales Consultant Opportunity
Drive growth as a Sales Consultant with Alsco Uniforms, focusing on B2B solutions within the food & beverage and healthcare sectors. This outside sales role is essential for building customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
In this position, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager, receiving training and support to identify prospects and secure new business. Operating in the Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, and Chilliwack areas, you will manage your Salesforce pipeline and collaborate with internal teams for customer onboarding. Success relies on your motivation and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling

• Develop tailored proposals for prospective clients

• Exceed weekly sales quotas using your Salesforce sales funnel

• Participate in branch growth meetings to align on strategies

• Maintain strong relationships with new customers for seamless service
Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, ideally 3+ years in B2B

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
