Outside Sales Consultant
Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind the top‑line growth of the branch you report into. In this position, you will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train, coach, and assist you in closing new business. After a 13‑week training period, you will be ready to identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver customized solutions for businesses in food & beverage, industrial and healthcare that use linen, uniforms, and facility services such as first aid and restroom supplies.
With the support of a dedicated team, you’ll develop your skills, meet your financial goals, and help your branch achieve its growth goals.
Territory:
Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack.
- Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
- Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
- Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure a smooth transition to the service team.
- Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues.
- A motivated, results‑driven mindset with time management and territory management skills.
- Desire to effectively utilize the company CRM to drive results.
- Proven history of successful sales experience and a disciplined approach to meeting and exceeding weekly goals.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Competitive base salary of $50,000 with uncapped commissions.
- Company vehicle with gas card and insurance included.
- Unlimited earning potential with no commission caps on industrial, healthcare, and facility services customers.
- Up to a 15:1 multiplier, the highest in the industry.
- Over $10,000 potential in quarterly and annual bonuses.
- No account size maximum.
- Commission on current contracted corporate accounts.
- Ability to upsell into all current customers in your assigned territory.
- Largest and most protected sales territories, offering a vast pool of potential customers.

- Daily travel within the designated sales territory.
- Work in a mix of office, industrial, and customer environments.
- Use of iPhone, laptop or iPad, Salesforce and other required tools.
- Standing, sitting, walking, stooping, driving, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Vehicles on public roads, inside general offices, customer locations, and areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, Service Center or depot.
- Daily driving within the designated sales territory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations.
- Ability to recognize colors, sizes and types of product and perform accurate counting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.
- 3 years of B2B Sales or Business Development Hunting Sales in an assigned territory.
