Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week.
Pay Range: Variable commission structure
This role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership.

A day in the LifeAs a Brand Sales Representative
, you will act as consultant and will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Volvo brand.
- Engage and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
- Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
- Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers.
What We're Looking For- Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales is an asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
- Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.
- Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
