Fitness Membership Advisor South

Become a Membership Advisor at Fitness World in South Surrey, BC. This full-time role focuses on sales, member retention, and fostering a positive fitness community.

As a Membership Advisor, you'll report directly to the General Manager, engaging in inbound and outbound sales to meet targets. Responsibilities include providing excellent tours of our facilities, generating leads, and creating welcoming member experiences. You will also handle member management tasks such as check-ins and financial processing, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets through community outreach

• Lead engaging tours of club facilities for prospective members

• Manage member check-ins and address concerns promptly

• Facilitate payments in the Member Management System

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the club

Requirements:

• Sales experience preferred, especially in fitness contexts

• Strong communication skills for member engagement

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
