As a Volvo Sales Representative, you will excel at relationship-building and achieving customer satisfaction. This permanent position requires a willingness to grow, whether you have prior sales experience or are new in the automotive space. You will also engage with customers and assist them in selecting the best vehicle options and financing structures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in store, over phone, and online
• Identify needs and recommend vehicle options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Present pricing and assist in structuring deals
• Maintain consistent follow up using CRM tools
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible for VSA license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
