In this influential role, you will be driving the strategy for account expansions and cultivating robust partnerships with critical stakeholders in leading organizations. Key Responsibilities:
• Shape account expansion and cross-selling strategies
• Explore opportunities in new business units and markets
• Conduct high-quality discussions to discover growth areas
• Align with Customer Success on timing and progress updates
• Manage key relationships with various stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years in account management/sales in B2B SaaS environments
• Track record of successful enterprise account expansion
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder settings
• Foundation in value-based selling and discovery
• Familiarity with data-driven strategies in sales
