Become a key player at Toast as a Retail Account Executive, supporting the launch of the new Toast Retail platform in Canada. Use your sales expertise to build key relationships with convenience, grocery, and bottle shops.
In this critical role, you will drive the growth of Toast’s offerings in the Canadian market. Employing a consultative selling method, you will identify potential accounts, demonstrate unique solutions, and manage all aspects of the sales process. Your success will hinge on strong relationship-building and deep understanding of client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and sign up new retail accounts across British Columbia
• Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
• Demonstrate solutions that meet prospective clients’ needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective delivery
• Leverage Salesforce to manage sales activities
Requirements:
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on feedback
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to surpass sales targets
• Self-motivated and flexible in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel 25% or more
