Job Summary: As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind the top‑line growth of the branch you report into. In this position, you will report to a Regional Sales Manager that will train you, coach you and assist you in closing new business. After your 13-week training period, you will be ready to identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver customized solutions for all types of businesses in food & beverage, industrial and healthcare industries that use linen, uniforms, and facility services like first aid and restroom supplies.
Territory: Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack.
Daily Position
Activities:
- Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
- Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline your upcoming customer installations.
- Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
- Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Competitive base salary – $50,000 based with uncapped commissions.

Working Conditions and Tools:
- Daily travel within designated sales territory.
- Work in a mix of office, industrial, and customer environments.
- iPhone, Laptop/iPad, Salesforce and anything else required to get the job done.
Typical Physical Activity:
- Physical Demands/Requirements consist of standing, sitting, walking, stooping, driving, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
