While this job is posted in Surrey, our new graduate program is offered in all major hubs across Canada. We are seeking candidates who are highly mobile as the Sales New Graduate opportunity with Pepsi Co Food Western Canada can begin in any of the following locations:
Calgary AB, Edmonton AB, Winnipeg MB, and Surrey BC.

Please note that this New Graduate opportunity is for Pepsi Co Canada Foods (Frito Lay) - Pepsi Co Canada Beverages also offers New Graduate opportunities. However, those are separate postings that may vary slightly from Foods and may be offered indifferent locations.

What could your first experience look like?

You will have the opportunity tolearnthe business from the ground up through a robust onboarding program. Our Sales Leadership Programspans acrossa wide breadth of experiences in several divisions across Pepsi Co Foods & Beverages. Bydemonstratingproven results and leadership skills in our newgradprogram, you will be uniquely qualified for future people leadership opportunities within Pepsi Co Canada.

Responsibilities

Whatyou'llbe working on:

Gaining inmarket experience to learn the business from the ground up 

Leading a team of people depending on the location and division you are working in. 

Working with customers to execute sales strategies, merchandise, build displays, manageinventoryand implement promotional events.

Understanding and implementing ourgo to marketstrategiesincluding:

Direct to Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution and Third Party Carriers. 

Utilizing your problem-solving skills togrowvolume,revenueand profitability.

Influencing and collaborating with thefieldssales team, keyaccountsand customers to meet consumer demands within the Region.

Leveraging your analytical skills to conduct business reviews with key decision makers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree completed within a year of youranticipatedstart date

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional organizational skills, asdemonstratedby your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex ordifficult situationsand meet deadlines or targets

Must have access to a reliable vehicle 

Hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean record

We typicallyhire forour New Grad program with Fall, Winter, and Spring starts to accommodate a variety of graduation dates. You are eligible to apply if you have graduated within the pastyear, oranticipate graduating within the next
