Open Road Toyota Peace Arch seeks a passionate Product Advisor to enhance its sales team. You will provide remarkable customer service, identify clients' needs, and contribute to increasing Open Road’s customer base. This role emphasizes vehicle sales, product knowledge, and effective communication with customers in a supportive automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine customer needs through effective questioning

• Promote vehicles to diverse customers through networking

• Sell and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles

• Stay updated on product terminology and features

• Ensure customer understanding of vehicle operation and warranty

Requirements:

• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License with good record

• Current VSA MDC License

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Computer proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping

• Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
