The Membership Advisor is key to achieving sales goals and fostering a welcoming environment. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound sales strategies and provide informative tours of the facilities. You'll manage various member interactions and ensure a high-quality fitness experience by addressing concerns and facilitating payments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach sales objectives through effective lead generation

• Conduct thorough tours showcasing club services and programs

• Coordinate member check-ins and manage account issues

• Process payments accurately in the Member Management System

• Participate in maintaining club cleanliness and safety
