Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind the top‑line growth of the branch you report into. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train, coach, and assist you in closing new business. After a 13‑week training period, you will be ready to identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver customized solutions for businesses in the food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare industries that use linen, uniforms and facility services such as first aid and restroom supplies.
The assigned territory for this position covers Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack.
- Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold‑calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing the Salesforce sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
- Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
- Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure a smooth transition to the service team.
- Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues.
- Motivated, results‑driven mindset with excellent time‑management and territory‑management skills.
- Desire to effectively utilize the company CRM to drive results.
- Proven history of successful sales experience and consistency in meeting and exceeding weekly goals.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Competitive base salary of $50,000 with uncapped commissions.

- Unlimited earning potential – no commission caps on industrial, healthcare and facility services customers.
- Up to 15:1 multiplier, the highest in the industry.
- More than $10,000 potential in quarterly and annual bonuses.
- No account‑size maximum; receive commission on current contracted corporate accounts.
- Ability to upsell into all current customers within your assigned territory.

- Environmental conditions include operating vehicles on public roads, working inside general offices, customer locations, industrial laundry facilities, service centers or depots.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to follow directions and strong time‑management skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record free of chargeable accidents or violations.
- Ability to recognize colors, sizes and types of product; accurate basic arithmetic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment.
- College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.
