Position: Sales Representative at Cascadia Metals
Cascadia Metals seeks a motivated Sales Representative for our Pork Kells branch. This full-time role combines inside and outside sales to achieve business goals and enhance customer relationships.
In this permanent position, you will utilize your strong work ethic to meet sales targets while developing territory business plans. Build relationships through prospecting and cold calls, and maintain partnerships with existing clients. A deep knowledge of products is essential for addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals and territory growth targets

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory business planning

• Prospect and cold call for new customer relationships

• Maintain strong partnerships with existing clients

• Collaborate on proposals, quotes, and orders
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in metal industry

• Vehicle ownership and ability for overnight travel

• Post-secondary degree preferred

• Specialized knowledge in aluminum and previous sales experience

• Strong customer service and consultative sales skills
