The Regional Sales Manager-West is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, developing high-performing sales professionals, and strengthening strategic partnerships across the region. This role combines sales leadership, coaching, key account development, and business planning to identify new opportunities and accelerate market growth. The successful candidate will foster a collaborative, positive, high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to strengthen sales acumen, business development skills, and overall performance.
- Foster a positive, engaged, and high‑performing team culture that reflects company values.
- Drive regional sales growth through strategic planning, execution, and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, emerging markets, and innovative growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular field visits to support team development, customer engagement, and market insights.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute regional initiatives, successful new product launches, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Co‑own annual regional business planning and translate that into clear priorities and actions for the team.
- Lead regional meetings, business reviews, and development discussions to support continuous improvement.
- Reinforce strong CRM and pipeline discipline to support decision‑making and consistency.
- Reporting and forecasting to ensure strong visibility on pipeline and performance.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and strategic objectives.
- 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably within the medical aesthetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop successful sales professionals.
- Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data‑driven decisions that contribute to profitable business outcomes.
- Strong business development mindset with a track record of driving growth and uncovering new opportunities.
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills with experience managing key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Strategic thinker who can balance long‑term planning with day‑to‑day execution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
- You are motivated by supporting others to succeed.
- Comfortable with frequent travel throughout the region.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
Salary $130,000
