Role Description
The Sales Associate role at Go Auto is a full-time, on-site position based in Surrey, BC. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in exploring and purchasing vehicles that fit their needs and preferences. You will guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to test drives and finalizing purchases, while building lasting relationships. Additional tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service

Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions and recommendations

Basic knowledge of sales processes and negotiation techniques

Organizational skills to manage multiple customers and meet sales targets efficiently

Proficiency with technology, including the ability to navigate sales and inventory systems

Previous experience in sales, retail, or automotive industries is an asset

A valid driver’s license is required

Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
