Position: Cascadia Metals Inside/Outside Sales Representative
Cascadia Metals is looking for an Inside/Outside Sales Representative at our Pork Kells location. This full-time role embraces a champion mindset focused on achieving business growth and strong customer service.

In this vital position, your responsibilities will include reaching sales goals, developing business strategies, and cold calling to find new opportunities. You will also be pivotal in maintaining valuable relationships with existing customers while offering expert product guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed territory sales objectives

• Create and implement comprehensive business plans

• Build new customer relationships through outreach

• Strengthen existing client partnerships and address needs

• Collaborate effectively within sales and admin teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years direct sales experience in metal industry

• Vehicle ownership; overnight travel required

• Post-secondary degree with steel industry knowledge preferred

• Familiarity with aluminum products is a plus

• Strong consultative approach and relationship-building skills
