Business Development Manager

Come join our team of national and international operations and fulfillment experts, developers, and marketing and sales specialists who bring valuable experience in industries spanning across pharmaceutical, transportation, third-party logistics, technology, and international sourcing.

Darwynn is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to assist the Company with its ambitious growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic development and tactical execution of new business generation
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients targeting year on year revenue growth
  • Develop new business by researching the market and targeting new customers
  • Excellent customer service skills, solving problems in a timely manner by using industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations, both virtual and in-person
  • You will collaborate with operations to ensure successful execution of new client onboarding
  • Self-learner with ability to develop deep understanding and knowledge of fulfillment and logistics providing unique solutions to potential clients.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
  • Proven track record in generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Value operational excellence and doing things right
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skill, ability to connect with members across the business.
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced / high-growth environment
