Shape the future of health with McKesson as a Regional Sales Director for our Retail Banner Group. This position leads strategic initiatives across Western Canada’s pharmacy group.
The sales director will be responsible for guiding a team dedicated to executing McKesson's strategy for its Independent Retail Banner Network. Working closely with account management, you will enhance portfolio health and ensure member satisfaction across key brands like Guardian, I.D.A., Remedy’sRx, and Enterprise. Strong leadership and commercial insight will be critical to this role's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly lead a regional sales management team

• Assess and boost portfolio health and member engagement

Requirements:

• Experience in consultative sales and member retention
• Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
