Daily responsibilities include making outbound sales calls, managing CRM systems, and providing top-tier customer support. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote product offerings
• Provide front-line customer support regarding inquiries and orders
• Maintain accurate CRM records for customer interactions
• Process customer orders with careful attention to detail
• Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in inside sales or account management
• Bilingual fluency in French and English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Interest in the automotive aftermarket industry is a plus
