Reporting to the Sales Director, the Territory Manager plays a crucial role in advancing the company's sales goals. This position requires a proactive approach to implementing marketing strategies, gathering competitive intelligence, and coordinating customer training programs. With a focus on results, you will work closely with internal teams to achieve comprehensive objectives in alignment with Leviton's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual sales and marketing plans for approval
• Achieve sales targets aligned with business objectives
• Establish and enforce sales policies and pricing strategy
• Coordinate training for customers and wholesalers as needed
• Gather competitive insights for strategic adjustments
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years of relevant sales experience
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales growth
• Proficient in CRM systems for customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• College diploma or equivalent in sales or marketing
