Senior TM - Service Contracts

Responsibilities
  • Drive Service Contract sales growth in the Olympus Medical Service Business Unit in line with the financial & strategic targets for the territory.
  • Sell the benefits and value of the Olympus Service Contract portfolio to healthcare providers through cultivating customer relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Directly sell and promote the Olympus service contract portfolio on the territory, engaging stakeholders to negotiate contracts and using data and insights to create win‑win solutions aligned with department and company objectives.
  • Cover the territory of Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, West and East Sussex, Berkshire and Greater London.
  • Manage sales opportunities: negotiate Service Contract deals using advanced selling techniques and business acumen; develop strategic pricing proposals, evidence‑based value propositions, and business cases; use up‑to‑date healthcare market intelligence and customer knowledge to tailor solutions to customer priorities.
  • Build rich partnerships with customers: manage the Service business within the territory to meet company targets, forecast sales opportunities accurately, deliver customer sales presentations that communicate Olympus solutions and value propositions; strategically manage customer relationships and sales activities using CRM.
  • Coordinate sales activity across the customer stakeholder group (incl. clinical areas) to ensure stakeholders understand the full value proposition through data and insights into their service provision.
  • Manage quarterly Service Contract Review meetings to present evidence of market‑leading service delivery and value to key stakeholders.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Service Business Unit internally and at Olympus externally.
  • Apply advanced selling techniques and technical knowledge of the core product portfolio; provide feedback of market intelligence to line manager and relevant product managers.
  • Act as a buddy/support for new starters and participate actively in team meetings.
Qualifications
  • Ideally a degree‑level qualification (desirable).
  • Experience with in a field sales environment, ideally in the healthcare industry or a service solution‑based sales sector covering multi‑stakeholder deals and value‑based selling.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with a track record of success.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong will to succeed.
  • Highly skilled in organizing and planning multiple demands and priorities.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external and internal customers.
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Focused on personal continuous improvement and development.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
