Take on an Account Executive role with 360
Learning, focusing on the mid-market segment across North America. Utilize your sales skills to drive revenue and advance in a remote-first culture.
In this position, you will be part of the North American Mid-Market team, targeting businesses with 250 to 5,000 employees. Your responsibilities include mastering product demos and exceeding sales quotas. Candidates should possess a strong analytical mindset along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Become proficient in product demonstrations and pitches
• Successfully close deals within the first three months
• Cultivate a robust sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
• Serve as a subject matter expert within 12 months
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in an Account Executive or Pre-sales role
• Experience in HR tech solutions is a plus
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education level
• Willingness to travel to trade shows at least twice a year
