As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in customer interactions, managing sales orders and providing solutions tailored to client requirements. By processing rental quotes and fostering long-term relationships, you'll help drive branch growth. This role involves both new client acquisition and the nurturing of previous accounts, along with efficient dispatching of delivery trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process rental quotes, contracts, and reservations

• Engage with walk-in and call-in customers to establish accounts

• Negotiate pricing for rentals in line with policies

• Coordinate with logistics for customer deliveries

• Keep the showroom clean and stocked for customer visits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record
