Sales District Leader

Overview  At Frito Lay Canada the Sales District Leader will lead a team of Sales Representatives to meet or exceed all sales objectives.

Total Compensation:  $63,300 - $103,200
Responsibilities   Meet or exceed all Sales Objectives
Staff, coach, train and motivate a team to improve selling techniques,service and route operations
Responsible for promotional forecast accuracy and planning
Grow the business by expanding distribution in new and existing accounts
Implement all sales, marketing,merchandisingand personnel programs through effective communication with Route Sales Representatives
Conduct business reviews with key decision makers
Maintain business control requirements including inventory and sales reporting accuracy
Qualifications   Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years sales experience with aconsumer packaged goods or retail organization
Minimum 2years experience in a people leadership role with demonstratedability to coach others
Knowledge of a Direct Store Delivery system preferred
Outstanding organizational skills asdemonstratedby your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets
