Position: Fitness World Membership Sales Specialist

In this full-time position, you will report to the General Manager and engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities. Your goal will be to promote the value of Fitness World Signature, ensuring retention and member satisfaction. You'll handle various tasks, including managing member accounts, addressing concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere conducive to fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and conduct outbound sales calls

• Perform captivating club tours to attract new members

• Handle check-ins, payments, and member inquiries

• Report and address incidents in compliance with policies

• Maintain health and safety standards throughout the facility

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in fitness or wellness

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Capable of managing pressure and meeting targets

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
