As an Equipment Rental Specialist, you will understand equipment needs, negotiate orders, and occasionally serve as a backup Delivery Driver. Your administrative skills will ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers in person and over the phone

• Understand and negotiate equipment rental needs

• Process orders for various construction equipment

• Act as backup Delivery Driver for equipment transport

• Maintain a professional attitude for customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving record

• Familiarity with construction and industrial tools

• Previous experience in the equipment rental industry

• Strong customer service and telephone skills
