The role requires a Journeyman Certification or at least 3 years in concrete finishing, as well as physical capability for various tasks. Responsibilities include fabricating forms, placing and finishing concrete, and ensuring safety on-site. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $38 to $41 based on experience.
