Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required)

North Western Property Maintenance Inc. operates two divisions:

• 🌱 North Western Synthetic Grass – Specializing in premium synthetic grass installations.
• 🌿 Complete Landscape – Providing high-quality strata landscape maintenance.

We are looking for motivated and hardworking Landscape General Labourers to join our synthetic grass division.
No experience? No problem! If you can follow directions, communicate in English, and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you.

• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, excavating to the proper grade, and ensuring effective drainage.
• Install base materials (crushed rock, compacted layers) to create a stable foundation for synthetic grass.
• Lay and secure synthetic grass, ensuring proper seams, trimming, and finishing.
• Operate power equipment (plate tampers, power brooms, blowers, etc.).
• Apply infill materials and brush turf fibers to enhance durability and appearance.

• Assist with paving stone installation, including excavation, base prep, and laying patterns.
• Build retaining walls, garden beds, and other landscape features as needed.
• Operate compactors, skid steers, and other heavy equipment (if trained).

• Shovel and apply salt to driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots.
• Operate snow blowers and assist with winter maintenance.
• Operate plow trucks, skid steers, ATV's, and other heavy equipment (if trained).
• Be available for on-call evening shifts during winter storms (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).

• No experience needed—just a willingness to learn!
• English fluency required for safety and team communication.
• Reliable & punctual—show up on time and ready to work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation preferred.

Standard

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime may be required).

• Winter Season:
  On-call evening shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Hourly Wage: $20 - $25 (Based on experience & performance).
• Hours are not guaranteed, but we aim to provide 40 hours per week.
