Become a vital part of facilities management as a Building Maintenance Technician with plumbing expertise. Engage in diverse maintenance tasks that ensure operational continuity across various sites.

This full-time role combines plumbing and technical skills for effective building maintenance. You will be responsible for managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring safety and compliance. Available to work rotating shifts, your duties will include emergency response, timely repairs, and strong customer relationship management within the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance calls as directed

• Prioritize urgent tasks and manage service issues

• Keep service tools in prime condition

• Execute safety practices and lead safe work initiatives

• Create maintenance reports and document activities

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED essential

• 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Ticket required

• Certified Plumber in British Columbia mandatory

• 2+ years of relevant building operation experience

• Ability to obtain CPIC clearance and valid driver's license
