Position: Experienced Floor Covering Installer Wanted
GIL3 & E Contracting Ltd is hiring a Floor Covering Installer to join their team in Surrey, BC. This permanent, full-time position emphasizes technical skills in flooring installation and preparation.

As an Installer, you will bring 1-2 years of experience to bear on tasks such as measuring, cutting, and installing various flooring materials. Conduct tests and prepare surfaces to ensure an ideal installation environment, while maintaining a client-focused approach throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, measure, and mark flooring surfaces

• Prepare and install underlay, carpets, and hardwood floors

• Conduct moisture and temperature tests as necessary

• Prepare detailed flooring plans and schedules

• Repair and maintain flooring conditions

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years experience in flooring installation

• Physically capable of handling heavy loads

• Possess efficient interpersonal and judgement skills

• Must complete work on-site without remote options
