• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs., working in all weather conditions, navigating uneven terrain)
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform minor equipment maintenance
• Willingness to complete on-the-job training and safety certifications
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
