We are seeking an experienced installer who has 1-2 years in flooring installation. This hands-on role requires expertise in various installations including vinyl, carpet, and hardwood. You will work primarily in commercial and residential settings while ensuring top-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect surfaces and prepare for installation

• Measure, cut, and install different flooring types

• Conduct detailed assessments before installation

• Remove old floor coverings and contaminants

• Maintain accurate project cost estimates and plans

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education

• Minimum 1 year of flooring installation experience

• Physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting

• Excellent interpersonal and judgment skills

• Valid work permit in Canada
