HVAC Mechanics - $42/hr - Surrey, BC
Thermocool Refrigeration & HVAC is seeking experienced HVAC Mechanics to join their team in Surrey, BC. This full-time, permanent position involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to quality workmanship, with opportunities to coach apprentices and further develop their skills.
Perks & Benefits- $42.00 per hour for 37.5 hours per week
- Full-time, permanent employment
- Paid training opportunities through apprentice coaching
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to install and overhaul heating, refrigeration, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints and plan installation methods
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Ability to measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment
- Strong customer service skills
