We are looking for a HE Tech Journeyperson to join our team in Surrey, BC. This full‑time, permanent position requires performing major diagnostics and repairs, servicing all equipment with minimal supervision, and developing and coaching apprentices.

• $50.74 – $53.24 hourly

As our Heavy Equipment Technician
, you’ll play an integral role in performing major diagnostics, major repairs, and servicing all equipment while consistently meeting company policies and procedures.

• Service First – support external and internal customers with exceptional solutions.
• Safety Minded – work safely, following all safety programs and procedures.
• Certification – possess Red‑Seal Heavy Equipment Technician certification.
• Critical Thinker – analyze technical information and make timely decisions with minimal assistance.
• Keeping Your Cool – maintain focus under pressure, in remote or extreme weather conditions, and during long or overtime hours.
• Relationship Builder – build rapport and trust with customers, providing information and solutions to keep them running.
• Vigilance – report customer satisfaction, trends, opportunities for equipment sales, and develop rapport with customers.
• Mentorship – analyze competencies of apprentice technicians and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Organization – maintain personal systems for organization, ensuring preparation with information, parts, and tooling before visits.
