Position: Experienced Steel Stud Framer Needed
Join the construction industry in Surrey, BC as an Experienced Steel Stud Framer with competitive pay of $37 per hour for full-time work. This is a permanent employment opportunity.

You will be tasked with reading blueprints and determining material requirements for frameworks in various settings.

Your role includes measuring and assembling steel and wood materials for foundations, walls, and roofs. Additionally, fitting and installing doors, windows, and other components will be crucial to the project’s completion and quality maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and sketches for project execution

• Measure, cut, and shape various construction materials

• Build and install floor beams and subflooring

• Erect walls and roof systems as per specifications

• Fit and install necessary hardware and systems

Requirements:

• Other trades certificate or diploma required

• Minimum of 1 year, preferably 2 years of experience

• Must work in various construction environments

• Valid work permit for temporary residents or permanent residency
