Water Solutions Field Technician at Xylem

Become a Field Service Technician Level 1 with Xylem in Nisku, committed to delivering high-quality support for wastewater systems. This full-time position offers a hands-on role with extensive training opportunities.

In this position, you will engage in the startup and commissioning of wastewater pump systems and troubleshoot control panels. Understanding of hydraulic and mechanical systems is essential. As part of Xylem, you will interact with clients and take advantage of our programs aimed at empowering communities and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair submersible wastewater pump systems

• Perform basic troubleshooting on electrical systems

• Assist with project startup and emergency service requests

• Accurately document actions in management systems

• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0-2 years of technical work experience is preferred

• Demonstrates critical thinking abilities

• Familiarity with technical information and tools

• Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices
