As part of our team, you'll learn installation techniques for synthetic grass and paving stones while mastering equipment operation—from mini-skid steers to power tools. You’ll also be part of our winter snow plowing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install synthetic grass, paving stones, and decks

• Operate mini-skid steers and power tools

• Participate in winter snow plowing and salting

• Drive company vehicles to job sites

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs

• Strong initiative and readiness to work by 7:00 am

• Dedication to continuous improvement in safety

• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
