Position: Refrigeration Engineer for Supermarket Contract
Join Omega as a Refrigeration Engineer in Surrey, supporting a major UK supermarket contract. This permanent role involves service maintenance, repairing refrigeration equipment, and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operations.

In this key position, you will perform both reactive and planned refrigeration maintenance within established timelines. Your responsibilities include diagnosing issues, managing compliance paperwork, and ensuring equipment is operational at various customer locations. Building strong relationships with management will enhance store operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance

• Diagnose faults and recommend replacements

• Complete compliance paperwork accurately and on time

• Respond to Helpdesk service calls promptly

• Participate in out-of-hours standby rota, covering as needed

Requirements:

• Apprenticeship with NVQ/C&G refrigeration qualification

• C&G 2079 / CITB refrigerant handling certificate

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Able to read technical drawings

• Full UK driving license required
