This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality equipment.
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years in diesel truck maintenance are encouraged to apply. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing repairs on major systems, performing maintenance duties, and keeping records of services completed. Your technical knowledge and experience with shop tools are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and components
• Prepare new equipment for delivery and recondition trade-ins
• Perform preventive maintenance and document all repairs
• Road-test vehicles to ensure functionality
• Conduct inspections of critical vehicle systems for safety
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in truck mechanics
• Enrollment in a recognized apprenticeship program
• Valid GM or Class 5 driver's license, willingness to obtain DZ
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with hand tools
• Ability to lift weights up to 45 kg regularly
