As a Telecom Foreman at Wes Tower Communications Ltd., you will be responsible for managing crew operations for wireless and cell site installations. The ideal candidate will be physically capable and ready to travel outdoors. Your expertise in interpreting drawings and troubleshooting will be essential for locating transmission faults and maintaining safety standards within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise crew for installations

• Conduct wireless communication site work

• Troubleshoot RF and DC transmission issues

• Work outdoors and at various heights

• Promote a safety-first work environment

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in construction

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must be physically fit and safety conscious

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Mechanical inclination for troubleshooting
