We seek a dedicated individual with extensive carpentry experience and proven supervisory skills in heavy engineering construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, quality control, and effective crew coordination. This role integrates practical construction knowledge with effective team management and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily production and documentation management

• Schedule operations and manage crew workflows

• Identify and mitigate potential site conflicts

• Monitor workmanship quality adherence

• Engage in continuous team development and training

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in carpentry trades

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License

• Fall Protection and First Aid certifications must be current
