Carpenter Helper Position

Position: Full-Time Carpenter Helper Position
Join as a Carpenter Helper at various locations in Surrey, BC, with a pay rate of $25.50 hourly. This full-time role offers training opportunities for those ready to contribute to construction projects.

As a Carpenter Helper, you will assist experienced carpenters in loading and unloading materials, erecting structures, and completing finishing work on buildings. The job demands significant physical effort, including lifting heavy materials and cleaning up construction sites. You will work in a fast-paced setting and be trained on necessary tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and transport construction materials safely

• Erect and dismantle shoring and barricades

• Level surfaces to meet specifications

• Support in framing and constructing walls

• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris

Requirements:

• Must be a permanent or temporary resident with work authorization

• Physically able to lift loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Comfortable working in fast-paced conditions

• No remote work; onsite presence required

• Willingness to receive training for skill development
