Job Details- Location:
Surrey, BC V3S 8S1 - Salary: $36.70 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment:
Permanent employment, Full time - Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
7 months to less than 1 year
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
- Free parking available
- Transportation provided by employer
