We are looking for a skilled installer with 1-2 years of experience in various flooring types. You will inspect surfaces, read blueprints, and carry out installations that include carpeting and hardwood. Only individuals authorized to work in Canada may apply for this permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect surfaces and mark areas for floor coverage

• Interpret blueprints and specifications accurately

• Cut and install resilient floor coverings as needed

• Perform direct glue-down and double-bond installations

• Repair and maintain existing floor surfaces

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate is mandatory

• 1-2 years’ experience in flooring installation preferred

• Must be able to work on-site without remote options

• Resident or valid work permit holder in Canada

• Capacity to handle heavy lifting and physical work
