Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and prepare surfaces for flooring

• Read and interpret project blueprints accurately

• Cut and install all types of floor coverings

• Conduct repairs on damaged flooring installations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education required

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the flooring industry

• This role requires physical presence on-site only

• Must have authorization to work in Canada
