Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen and Vanity Installer to join our construction and renovation team. This role involves installing custom cabinetry, countertops, and vanities in residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and construction, with the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. Attention to detail, precision, and safety are essential to ensure high-quality installations that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute installation plans.
  • Install kitchen cabinets, vanities, countertops, and related fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
  • Measure spaces precisely to ensure proper fitment of cabinetry and fixtures.
  • Perform concrete forming, masonry work, or rebar installation as needed for foundational support.
  • Execute flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, and finishing work to achieve a polished look.
  • Conduct electrical wiring, plumbing connections, or HVAC adjustments if required for integrated installations.
  • Utilize scaffolding or ladders safely when working at elevated heights.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of projects within specifications.
Experience
  • Proven experience in cabinet installation, woodworking, or general construction is preferred. minimum 2 years
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy lifting techniques.
  • Knowledge of restoration projects or remodeling work is a plus.
  • Prior handyman experience or skills in roofing, siding, electrical work, plumbing, or manufacturing can be beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction painting, rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, siding, roofing, caulking, and other building trades. Pay: $35.10-$40.00 per hour
